    Career

    Olof Fickert began his career in the field of industrial property in 1986 and joined H&A in 1989. He was Director of Trademarks until 2004. Since then, he has been Director of Patents. He is in charge of H&A's international promotion activities, especially in Germany and he is a prestigious and recognised professional both in Spain and abroad.

    He has lectured in various international bodies and organisations (ECTA, INTA) and is co-author of several works on industrial property.

    Career

    Lars Magnus Stiebe joined Herrero & Asociados in 2004. A patents consultant since 1994, he previously held the position of examiner at the Swedish Patent Office (1991 - 1994). He was one of the first people in Spain to pass the EQE in order to become a European Patent Attorney. His main area of responsibility is procedures before the European Patent Office, dealing both with the preparation and processing of patent applications and with oppositions and appeals, for Spanish as well as international clients. He also participates in matters of litigation.
