    Career

    Oscar García joined Herrero & Asociados in1993. Since then he has been working in the Department of Trademarks in Spain, for which he became director in 2004.

    At the national level, he has lectured in various courses on legal practice (COLEX, University of Castilla - La Mancha, etc.). He has also taken part in different training activities in the field of industrial property in public bodies, such as the Official State Gazette, and in several business associations.
