Carlos Fernández-Novoa has been Associate Lecturer on Commercial Law at the Complutense University of Madrid.
He is currently Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Santiago.
He is Chairman of the Board of the Association for the Self-regulation of Commercial Communication (Board of Advertising Self-regulation)

He founded the journal "Actas De Derecho Industrial" (Industrial Law Reports). He has published numerous works in Spanish and international journals, as well as books, among which are the following:

Miguel Aznar joined Herrero & Asociados in 1992.

She has contributed to the law journal Usus Iuris and to the industrial property journal Comunicaciones IDEI, as well as other publications in the field of law. She is the Coordinator of H&A's publications: La Opinión and Factbook.
