Corporate purpose

HERRERO & ASOCIADOS offers more wide-ranging services than usually provided by an Industrial Property firm, thereby catering for the needs and demands of social and technological progress in a sector with such close links to development and innovation. Today is besides, a Law Firm, a Domain Name Accredited Agent, an IT counsel in general and in data protection in particular.

Corporate structure

The company is owned by the partners, who all practice the various areas of Industrial Property. Those partners are replaced by new professionals joining the firm.

Our offices

H&A started with a sole office in Madrid which is still the main one. Currently there are offices in Bilbao, Sevilla, Barcelona, Valencia, Reus, Gijón, Alicante, Murcia, Santiago and Lisboa.

Our Philosophy

At HERRERO & ASOCIADOS professionalism blends with a friendly approach and we have thus organised ourselves based on two concepts:

An individual for every client. Every client deals with a specific individual on whom that client relies and who may be contacted at any time. That individual shall be the client's interlocutor and shall have full information on that client.

A professional for every service. At HERRERO & ASOCIADOS very distinct services are provided involving sundry technical areas. That is why the same professional cannot and should not prepare a patent specification, prosecute a Trade Mark, draw up an agreement or be involved in a Trade Mark or patent infringement or unfair competition action, counsel in advertising disputes before the Advertising Standards Association, register a domain or issue a report concerning compliance with Data Protection laws.
