Depending on how you look at it, twenty-five years can be many or very few years... In a firm such as ours and in our sector, it is very little time. Our most direct competitors “are getting on” from a business standpoint, because they are all centenarian firms. And we say that it is very little time because in these twenty-five years, which the firm celebrated on 15th May last, HERRERO & ASOCIADOS has become one of Spain’s top three industrial property firms and such an achievement can only be put down to two things: a job well done and a highly-qualified professional team keen on the project.
It is not an anniversary every day, least of all a twenty-fifth anniversary. We are in the prime of our business life, have come a long way (perhaps travelling the most difficult stretch) but have yet a long way to go and have a great future ahead of us. Thanks to our clients we can boast representing leading companies in all sectors but also small enterprises that are starting out or inventors who dare protect their creations.
And because we felt that we deserved it, we celebrated “in style”: ballooning. As only the best families do, and we believe that we are in fact a large family, the staff from all our offices gathered in Madrid for two days. We dined at the Thyssen museum after enjoying a private guided tour of the museum. The following day, the most intrepid of us (that is to say, almost everybody) boarded a balloon to visit Segovia from the air, also on foot, then the Monastery at El Escorial, and rounded it off with an excellent lunch in such a splendid setting as Pedraza. A great celebration for an ever-growing large family committed to working hard in order to continue excelling.
