After two years of experience in Latin America with our Mexican office, HERRERO & ASOCIADOS is now opening its second American office in Brazil, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, the same city in which the Brazilian Trademark and Patent Office (INPI) is located.
This new adventure is the result of the enormous concentration of most of the investments being made in Latin America in Brazil (as well as Mexico). Brazil is therefore a strategic key place where our clients most often require assistance not only in the corresponding Registry but also before the Courts.
